“I have a PhD in Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Counselor (License # 62655) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor (License # 201077), Board Certification in Neurofeedback (Certification # E67601C-25) and EMDRIA Approved Consultant and EMRD Certified in EMDR therapy. I have 14 years of experience and I specialized in working couples, individuals, children and families with trauma. I have worked with families, couples and individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-confidence, attention deficit issues and mood disorders. It’s my mission to help people find their healthy, joyful and fulfilling path in life.
My counseling style is warm, supportive and interactive. I believe everyone has inner strengths and a purpose of significance in this world. My theoretical approaches include: Symbolic Experiential Therapy
approach layered with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
I enjoy self-care of spending time with my family, riding horses, swimming, exercising, reading, and painting. I greatly value humor and focusing on daily joy in my life.”
